gem slot frozen

Hi need help!!!
I have three open gem slots. I am level 49. I used the magic socketing rod to open slot so I can socket my patk-hit gem I have. It won't let me socket it and now won't let me put back the gem I had in to start with. I was putting in on my bow in the first slot..Please can anyone help me to figure this out. I refreshed several times and no help there. Do I need all slots open first? Or need all upgraded with magic rods. Let me know what is wrong please and ty for all your help.

If you are still having this issue, can you provide a screenshot of the gems in your bow? Are you getting any sort of message on your screen when attempting to socket your gem?

Ty I think I have figured it out. I can one click the gem into slot but can't drag it like I did all the rest. So for now this issue is fixed. Will let you know it I have anymore issues. jade S295 whispering woods IOA
