Missing tycoon points

I had yesterday more than 220k tycoon points ranking in the top 200 players but this morning I found that my tycoon points was decreased to 158k with an unranked status. Please, need support with this asap cuz is pointless keep spending resources to get a better rank without having a fix from r2games to this issue.

I started a new thread this morning because yet again loa you took our points away over night ( interesting I cant find that thread ) but the point is you still have not returned them. I'm still missing 10,000.00 points , may not seem like a lot but I worked hard for each and every one and I'm sure everybody else who has lost did as well.

Wish just all calm down, and buckle up with tons of patience. Cause lot of things caused more bugs and loss items and in most of times, players are loosing. Either some very good compensation, or best proper support, in all tickets.

The problem with the lost tycoon points have been reported. As all of you have noticed devs have removed the points gained from the achievements in elemental zone and these won't be returned. For the lost extra ones, please, all, file a ticket here: Support

wow really that is the best you can say ... I say how about getting a system where I can file a ticket cause as it stands I cant , loa will not send conformation of said tickets back to my email ...
And for the record I didn't gain any mass point advantage from elemental zone! mine has been from saved resources gemo cards , angel story event etc
this is so wrong that you have taken so many tycoon points away from so many people , maybe the techs need to take over , sorry not much faith in devs or mentors at this level of a caliber of a issue

I want my points back! You merged game! And then came up with some lame *** excuse that people double collected on ez?! I was not one of them and saved resources etc... And over half my points are gone!!! Utter **!!!! When will this be resolved???? With some **** comp???? Oh hell no. I was in top 100 and now not even ranked!!!! So many have quit-i am next if this does not get resolved

this is unfair they lowered the points tycoon

already he had 230,000 and since yesterday to enter the game again I find

that only 80,800 were my point. being that had already claimed my first prize !!
