what is this about elemental zone achievements? i have no info on that, and I damn sure didn't do 70K worth in there!

How come i have lost over 160,000 tycoon points - with no explanation - that is totally dishonest - i comand you to reinstate them or i call in the fbi

hi you removed over 160k from my tycoon for elemental rewards i didnt claim all the rewards so you should have only took 52k i want my points back or i will never play again /that you took points for something that you did was wrong in the first place if you need to check yourself you are more than welcome to access my account i saved and echarged for my points now give them back

After merge-we could collect the diamonds and scrolls in EZ-they deducted worth of scrolls-because of unfair advantage. But they deducted a hellofalot more then the scrolls worth!! I did all consuming, gems, 35 Spire cards!! I was rank 76 last time I look and now - do not even rank

rue, they took me 120k points but all elemental scrolls i collect in elemntal zones wortzh 68k, so practicaly 60k points are stolen

Terribly sorry about the issues you all are experiencing with your tycoon points. If you are able to prove you're missing points that did not come from the Elemental rewards issue, please submit your screenshots showing where you lost those points in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support. Unfortunately, this is a case by case basis, and will need to be handled via ticket.

why you didnt send us mail to make screenshoots of tycoon points before reset? how i should know that it will be srewed that hard? simply maths, element scrolls i take from wanderer worth 68k, i calculated that, 120k+ points are taken from me, my element scroll points are 028601 in the end on second day so you take me down in negative points, i need to make 28k more points to reach 0???? what you dont understand here, all who have negative points are screwed and you should fix it before tycoon ends, or stop merge servers and that **-s wont happen again

I'm not involved in your other issues, solowingpixy, but I'm sure if you reach out to your moderators with the character name and server, and a brief description of the issue, they will happily request an update on those tickets for you.

I only know what I've been told about this issue, and that is the devs are requiring screenshots showing where you feel there is a points discrepancy.

i will glad add screenshoot i made, but i didnt made screenshoot from end of first day so all i can is screenshoot of rewards i take for points , i ususlay dont screenshoots every 10 minutes all i do in game, i sended ticket allready about 5 hours ago, still wait for first response, and i am afraid it will end with solutuion it isnt our fault or even worse solve it after all event is finished

So what you are saying is that every time I obtain an increase in any aspect of the game I need to take a screen shot in case of a stuff up by devs so I can then claim back the stuff up by the devs in the future - really - give me a break

Your mention about being negative points would be a good thing to grab a screenshot of as well. Clearly they over deducted if you're in the red.

Are you friggin kidding me?!?!?! Why didnt you inform everyone to take screen shots?? You think everyone screen shot their game for no reason?? I dont know anybody who asked to merge so this is all your fault, not ours. And while your at it-fix the lag and other events that are trash and dont work.

not in red, 0 in front, all points in element scrolls i make going down, so i has 028601 points, buyed 100 element scrolls in element zone shop for 10 element essences, and points go to 028001, so they count it toward zero, tha mean they took me points i get in wanderer, all points i get from other resorces, like killing monsters and on beach etc and on top of that need to make aot points just to reach 0
i wasnt aware what that 0 in front means when i loged so i play normaly, collecting things and doin all i do everytime tycoon is on so i didnt screenshooted when i log in, was noticed it when i look on my element scroll points to see my improvment, i was screenshooted just this last number
