I try to explain what happenedA few days ago was an event that if you load 6,000 diamonds have the opportunity to choose Bacchus or 7 swap wand that you could use them to exchange with other objects as a result wrote elephant event and change them with other resources
So I loaded with 6,000 diamonds hoping that I'll take the 7 am to swap wand and change them for the elephant as described in event announcement
when i want to get the 7 swap wand the server go down and not able to login in that day
after that in 2 day i log in and i see in my inventory the bachus icon so i dont need it i dont recharge for bachus icon i already have it before the event
in that day when the server was down i lose even the capsule toys rewards and now nobody say nothing
