Angel Party??

Hello,
I am wondering if there's something wrong with Angel Party?
How are we supposed to earn the shells to open chests?
There is no event like there was in the previous party all I can see is
Angel's Party III which gives 3 Normal shells, one Fine and one Rare for
Log In and Devotion points (400, 500, 600 and 700)
Does anybody know?

usualy there was craft event before this kind of event where we was able to collect some shells, but this is only casher event, so i hope at least they enjoy it

totally sucked the life right out of this event....... if you get anything you are going to be lucky, only way of ensuring something decent is cashing above 39,999 and then its a gamble. Disgusting

i just drop 15k diamonds on hoc hoping for some flash cards in mystery chests, and guess what, nothing what i need, even 30 times x10 draws in normal gives me totaly7 flashy 7's, with this ratio even with spending you cant get anything

but damn, the developers are greedy. Only thing free players every gotten, a good non-cashing event (or at least it was) and now it's being stolen from us.
Also sad that there's promised to us that we'll be getting free attempts at Hot Events... Do this earlier then when it almost ends!!! :/

Also Rubedo, do you know if this event is reccuring or just only for this one time until next year?
