Sylph Skysong BUG (not working)

Hi.

Since i got Skysong i never see her work
it should : Decrease Back Row Atk+Heal when they CAST/skill attack. it never happenned, i tried it on several different, Heroes, on Eternal Tower Mobs healing and Player,
the Debuff is Never on the debuff list, and the HEaling NEVER decrease (i checked it on ES mobs)

Her is a Battle log, i got Skysong on Heaven Hunter here :

Here the debuff list on the ennemy BACK ROW who allready attack sometimes (and should have get th edebuff ) :


You will notice Whenever the Ennemy Back Row is Attacking, they got no "Blue SkySong" debuff anywhere, and i didn't notice any Heal decreasing too.

Can you check this ?

Most likely it is an error in wording, debuff applies when morphed sylph cast skill/attack.

Well i had it MORPHED before (just the visual effect too) and also whenever i am Attacking with the character who got the Skysong, i don't get her effect applied.

You mean when the OPPONENT ENNEMY BACK ROW SYLPH attack it works ???
So Skysong DONT WORK in PVE + Ennemy without sylph ?

Can anyone confirm this ?
So much translation error that make us bough the wrong stuff...
