Recharge 1000 Diamonds / monthly card no activate

Why i don´t get activate the monthly Card? i had yesterday recharged 1000 Diamonds and this Card is not activate?!

I recharged 1000 Diamonds and 500 Diamonds !!

Pls help me

i make a single recharge for 1000diamonds and for 500 Diamonds. since 2 days i have 0 days left, the last time i collect on saturday.
