This happens every time I use the Speed card to go into a city:
Suddenly I'm standing between the citys, I only get 100 point for mining, even if it should be 200 in the city I moved to,
and I can't move any longer, in no direction, even if the next city is occupied my my own fraction.
I have to go out of Silver War and back in, to get back to base.

It happend every time I used it so far, not just today, but always!

Most likely you were killed in your target city after using card.
You can see your location right above 'mine' button, which says 'Current City:'
Your location says 'The Thro....' which should be The Throne City, which is spawn point for The Throne Legion and means you were defeated in you target location during card use.
You should be able to move to Throne City or city close to it.
I will report issue.
