HOC UPGRADE event bugged

so before our reset today ocianic server had craft mastery shop offering 20 adv .lotto voch for 2kD single recharge together with HOC upgrade offering swap 35 adv lotto voch 2 time for recharging 2000D...after reset to our server we found thhat craft mastery shop is gone...so ocianic servers got extra 20 adv. lotto voch...no big deal i did a recharge 2k D and went to HOC upgrade event and i could only swap once then the button got bugged saying requierment not met.. so w.t.F is this ..i felt like i was scammed ..now i want not only the 35 adv.lotto voch i cant collect due to your bug but also thee 20 cards ocianic got to pic ..i want what i paid for or i will do a chargeback in my paypal before reset this day.

The same thing happen to me. The purpose of my recharge is all about this HoC upgrade. I want to avail all of what is there in Hot Event and if r2 cant do that for me then you can take all what I got in recharging 10k diamonds and give back my money.
