ISSUE: Character tab (Main & Heroes) vs Enhance Evolve

Issue:
Main character no problem, its all matched up Weapon & mail (2 gems), greaves (1 gem), helm, ring and boots (1 gem).
But, it doesn't go for heroes.. following the attached image below. Fire Queen supposed to have 4, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2. Having the wrong ones of 2, 2, 1, 1, 1 ,1. All other heroes are randomized as well. Weird thing is, every time i refreshed / re-log back into the game. The gems depicted in character tab (heroes) different.. never goes the same as what it appears in "enhance evolve".
* For comparison, the fourth image onwards is my main and its correct*
Does this consider a BUG-ged, dear forum moderator?
Please have this reported if there is a possibility of bugs hanging around in character tab (heroes panel).
