I Recharge YEsterday the 10k amount To do my precious pro optimized and the 200k Daily point Tycoon to get the free diams Tycoon from it too.
The games was done the last 12hours when i was doing my point, i only managed to do 190k before the whole servers crashed.
Basically, i was able to collect my diams from Precious pro, Daily Recharge and so BUT :
i wasen't able to completed my 200k Daily, i was at 191K...
I need back my 2500diams+1certif+10kightemblem+400awakenig stone+royal mark from this 200K ...
I don't do recharge for fun but when it worth, i'm top1 in this server and pay enough to be compensate for this lost.
I'm not asking for like "i don't collect the precious pro blabla", just the part i was really actually missing.

I hope you can understand my disagreament because this little compensation from today doesn't refound my 2500diams+200k tycoon point rank lost.
(i don't ask about giving me the tycoon point either, just the reward i miss because your game was DEAD for 12hours yesterday...)
I use a lot of ressources as everytime you achieve those 200k+ points so.. i don't want this to be lost for nothing.
Even if i know the issue come from GT since their games/website was Dead too, and there is typhoon and so in China, as a customer i should
could have back thise "littles" rewards i was supposed to get, especially the diamonds part.
