Moonlight hare update bug

I can't update the moonlight hare beyond 40. I've purchased the required fairy essence TWICE because I thought maybe it was me. But it's not. (60) fairy essence later and STILL NO UPDATE.

same thing here...bought fairy essence twice (2x30 with diamonds) to do breakthrough and its still stuck on level 40...
