  • INCOMPETENCE in responding to support ticket!!!!

    I filed a support ticket after all the downtime in servers due to the huge losses incurred to my tycoon points, have been waiting patiently all week... AND STILL NO REPLY WHAT SO EVER! inexcusable and unacceptable. If I don't start getting some answers immediately then I will be taking all of my money with me and leaving this game!!

    In order any mod to help, they will ask your ticket number.

      Due to heavy load on ticket system after servers downtime it takes a lot fo time to view, respond and resolve tickets.
      I asked support to answer your ticket soon, please be patient.

        I am trying to be patient, but given that the issue also cost me the chance to reach top 3 in CS tycoon, pretty much made my entire CS tycoon experience a waste of time and money, needless to say I'm beyond ****** off about it, since the downtime cost me one of the rare chances I get to attend Demonic war and the large amount of points I'm capable of making from it...
