No base attributes, breakthrough stats or star combo are showing up on any of my equipment, please help.

I posted this in support, with no answer, the last time that a support issue was responded was back in july. All issues are still pending.. Why is no one answering support issues?

Maybe because you are sending pdf files instead of .jpg or .gif?
Also it is graphical issue, it should show fine in forge interface.
