Can anyone help me with an answer to why I can log in on a windows 8 computer but can not log in on a windows 7 based computer?

If they are using same network configuration than it is browser/flash player issue.
If not then it is most likely DNS/network issue, i cant give more help without seeing which error you get when you are trying to login.

I have updated flash and did everything I know to do. These are on 2 different computers. Below is a ss for as far as I get on logging in
