My char not get the bonus char from Panda Mount

Please, i have a panda mount, but my characters doesnt have the char. bonus of the panda,, what i get is just the glamour skill.. pls help me this is bug or something ? help me please

try to refresh page and clear history sometimes it take a min for system to catch up ,mostly because of lag in the game. If that doesn't work make ticket to r2games support
