compo for status 1 ??

how come someone on my server has just got 10k diamonds as comp for status 1 error but no one else has

I had email saying devs working out compo that was over a week ago still no compo

Most likely it was compensation for precious, which mean that person recharge 10k during precious event, but couldnt claim reward due to server error. After submitting a ticket and checking proof for it, compensation for missing rewards was sent.
