problems with Alecta and Kay (chaos cards)

Today I looked more than 15 fights on the CoM - looks like the khaos cards - Alekta and Kay - do not work at all.
Warriors of my opponents did not get Stan or silence after killing of my heroes with these cards. However, they should, as a few days ago.
It's just I have a problem, or someone else .. ????
such problem substantially alters the course of the battle ... this is very bad.

Most of heroes have immunity to stun and silence this days, you sure that the one who is killing you is not one of them?
