why can't i evolve my valkyrie into a dark valkyrie when i have the items needed to evolve it

Is her training level high enough? Hero should be at least in Zeus Opus training for evolve.

As your screenshot shows, you dont own Dark Valkyrie crest. You sure that you dont mistake with Supreme Valkyrie, which is evolution of Dark Valkyrie?
