Yes, the same happened to me, except that I spent for 4 boardings thinking that there was a delay in posting rewards. Shame on me.

I have this problem too 😡😡 but I spent around 3300 diamonds to get 8000 Enigma crystal to be able to buy Dragon Ruler in special hero but i didn't receive any rewards then I tried another time by spending 45 diamonds and I get nothing again!!!
I already sent mail to Xsolla but until now they don't answer me
I need a compensation for that as I will not be able to buy the hero with this price again
