RECENT: Mount Exclusive III

Issue: There is something off in this mount exclusive III. Event day,3 days.
Firstly, how do we upgrade our mount when it is maxed out +27, whereby the maxed reward upgrade is at +32?
Is the rewards given from *Upgrades mount +20 up to +27 equals to mount upgraded before and rewards can be obtained immediately... or ...
for players who have not upgrade 20 but going to, then rewards come to you?

The real issue is, where is the expansion of extra five levels in upgrade mounts and as i mentioned above, the description in hot event "Mount Exclusive III" is empty.

Its second option, you need to upgrade from lvl20 during event.

Dear mod, I'm with Swarmy the questioned he posted. My last question.. for us, who maxed out cannot get all tiers of rewards?
