Sent ticket same day You replied to me..And got reply from support "Thank you for submitting your issue report about scarlet finch shards. You need to collect 250 Scarlet Finch Shards and synth and use as your mount." I sent couple replies to them and never got it exchanged or answer.. Please do something about it. Ticket nr.583769
