Bought ascension stones and purgatory souls

i posted to this community chat yesterday about purchasing purgatory souls 20,000 and ascension stones 30,000 from events on 11-14-16, that did not show up, well they showed up in my inventory today as expired.. UA188, Arysa..Please fix.. I have posted to forums with no response, also my server does not show up to put in a support ticket for support. thanks

Description of events clearly said that items bought from it will expire and time when it happens was also stated.
Its not a game error.
