lost Hell's Shield (gem for amulet)

Today i lost Hell's shield... i had before carve inscription on main char lvl 7...
but after refresh page i lost my gem lvl 18 - so i lost inscription lvl 7...
i didnt synth inscription...
can you help me and back this to my char?

on a side note the awakening skills wont lvl when the awaken lvl has been met and the skill books are owned i have seen e-mails of answers to tickets that have been sent in the devs answer is that they are not at the awaken lvl this does not explain how ppl lvld other skills the week prior to this bugg poping up so i sugest the deves dont send e-mails attacking the character of players when there is a problem that they do need to fixx that is on many servers
