Check Ins Max Rewards Not Available to Collect

Ok, another bug to report...every time before today and being in the USA, we were able to collect end of month rewards 2 days because of time zone.
Today is November 30th in USA and after reset, was unable to collect and it doesn't show collected ones for all month. Yesterday, all the rewards were blacked out.
Two months ago, I wasn't able to collect statue.

I have 2 toons on server S23, Eclipse Tavern.
SilentHunter and MagicTofGod.

Please fix the collection of max rewards on S23, and I also posted in World Chat about this issue.
