it is because of the time difference with the server
But I never had any problems with it before
And if you pay attention, then your system partly considers this payment as a fait accompli. Server Time 01.01. I partly received the award ... but not 3000 diamonds. And i need 3000 diamonds for today.

I had the exact same problem received partial rewards but not my3000 diamonds and I too need my diamonds. time difference has never interfered with my recharge Im from the USA and like I say always received my pro rewards per hellgate server time .... also I have submitted a ticket on this problem

Im on sever S330 and my name is Bash i Got a partiol reward when i did a
$ 20.00 Dollar Recharge and i did not get my precious pro When i did my Recharge i would love yall to fix it and give me my reward please
