I am unable to collect the 2nd 10k precious pro reward of 20k diamonds and 250 nectar, my 2nd 10k recharge went through and registered with roulette as well, however precious pro has failed to recognise and therefore I'm unable to collect.
I have submitted a ticket, however I would like this resolved asap as my current lucky tree is lvl 8, the 250 nectar is of the most value to me at this current time!! Failure to receive this reward will mean you have incurred a loss of potential additional diamonds and rewards from a lvl 8 lucky tree as well!!!!
