    Hi , first Happy New Year, wishing all the best in 2017 for all of us, devs and players . Now about issues I want to point here. Last night I submit a ticket, but here I will say it better after I miss to get more rewards at the end . There was few problems that some players got with their roulette like missing free attempt daily from the 1st day, anyway I don't get that one. Mine was in last day of the event. In last day all servers got extra attempt after winning 8 mill diamonds .All good by now. I got collected mine, little bit later some players said they cant get theirs ( just point at some other issues too).Now all next I'm gonna say I will show at pics. In that last day I up my turns to the point to get legendary turn, its 100%sure to give legendary reward. If I'm not wrong legendary rewards was in orange color, in this case fuse gem lvl12, 3000 diamonds or 2000 diamonds . After I use my legendary attempt I've got 99 diamonds ( 90 used after I get them at Tree event, that's why on the picture you can see diamonds that left) . 100% sure ? After that a lot things fails .Now if I was get fuse gem all will end almost in same way how it was, but ... At the one of the pictures at the bottom you can see I was at 580 diamonds to use to get 1 more roulette attempt. If legendary turn got me 3000 diamonds I will get even 1 more attempt. I was about to spend this diamonds in tree event, so with some luck I was about to get few more diamonds and to get 1 more attempt for roulette... So by now we have 3 attempts in best way missed. If legendary got me 2000 diamonds we can say 2 attempts. Still I don't point with luck how much diamonds Tree event will drop after100-150 draws ! Yeah, I said Tree event, my second picture move there to point at other missing rewards via Roulette fails . As you can see I already have used 336 nectars, 164 more for 500 reward . All get what I'm saying, all diamonds from Roulette was about to be used in the Tree event. We have good amount of missing diamonds in this issue, diamonds that was about to make a lot .

    Hi, just saw support check my ticket , but they don't know about this my post , where I point better my case. gonna ticket them back again , hope they will check thread after that .

      Hi all from me , still nothing about my case . Ofc. there is few more days time till they must look at my ticket by their rules . After that will see what they think about it and then will see if they going to compensate me proper , coz I think it will not cover all that I was about to get . We have miss a lot of diamonds, nectars , coins and rewards . Chain reaction here is little bit hard to compensate, ea from this give other things .... and at the end no one can tell for sure how big it can end , how much attempts at roulette can draw (it can even get to 5 attempts + ). So I hope, still, that this case will be taken in right way.

        Hi guys , its time for little update about this case. Like most of us think case is still not end , 11 days nothing done. Support give it to devs , 4-5 days past from that day . In last mail I've got they said send us a ticket to remind us if at Monday I don't get any compensation or update about the case. Sorry, what ?! How this can be true, remind us to look your case ... there is also few words: if we don't get ticket like this we will take that case was done . Give me a break , please . So anyway I send a ticket reminder, on the next day still nothing so I send 2nd one too. Still nothing . I'm not a angry , but hell no I'm going to miss again some good rewards coz of delay getting compensations. In last ticket from today I start to ask directly what compensations I want , I have feeling that if I keep wait them to fix it they will not end it months . Time for ticket response they say is in 3 days , so if I don't see in ea three days update will just start to rise compensations I will wait to get. They may say don't joke us , but hey, we give real money in this game , so lets be fair . All this was about to end after second my ticket , fast and clean . I don't want you to give me something real staff that must to be deliver, virtual staff ! So I'm waiting compensations I point in my last ticket and nothing less, hope it will not rise as I point already .

          Hi, I want to ask any of moderators here is this threads reports to support team or we just kill time writing about game fails. Six days past and I'm still waiting support and devs to update me bout my case. I start to ticket them ea day as reminder , coz its look like they don't want to end it .

            If you have sent a ticket, then me reporting this thread will be same as writing ticket for you. All i can do is to ask about status, if you have a ticket number.

              I see. well , problem is that I stop looking at ticket numbers , coz they are a lot already. Thanks anyway for the answer.

                Case #: 600063 , this was ticket that I've got answered last time. They pass this case to the devs . After that I got like 3-4 more tickets as reminder , where I put more things I have to say . So its little bit a mess .

                  hi , I see that support n devs don't look at my case at all. 18 days pass and nothing. So I can say freely that there is like dead zone. They not answer at my tickets last week ( mote then 7 days btw ) , got only one auto- answer , coz of two week not reply to support mail ( first ive got from them ) . That's is funny , coz after that I got send them tons of tickets as reminder . Anyway going to send few more tickets reminder this days , 99% sure they will not reply soon, but I need to keep trying.

                    Case #: 600063 , also you can look at # : 599656 . at least at this two tickets i found numbers via mails . Both are about same issue .

                      We are still waiting answer from GTArcade about your case. And it can be a really long wait.

                        You can stop waiting reply , I got compensation today . Anyway as I was thinking this what they found like fair compensation is far away from what real amount I was waiting.I lost a lot more when this issue happen , and they give me as compensation like 10% of my loss . Is it fair ?! I will keep looking for other 90% I loss , so it will make me really upset how they think I am.
