Merged Servers, but not merged?

I was speaking in Asgard chat, and someone else noticed that we are from the same server (ub26, mine originally was S274 - Bluefair Farthing)

But, neither my guild appears to her on guild list, nor hers to mine, and on CoM we've different persons on the top position.
