  • VAT TAX charged moore than VAT Tax in my country.

    Since 01.01.2017 in my country (Romania ) Vat tax is 19 %. Yet, You charged me with vat 20%. I demand refound or compensation or else I will address to competent authorithies. Thank You , have a nice day. Server S39, Char name Saggi . Attached is transaction. Click image for larger version

      This reply is so offensive to me. Then why you are here? I know how to submit a ticket. To answer your reply, tikets>billing..there is no such section (Fraud TO me and my attorney)VAT issues. Only section available is Vip issues and unrecieved purchase.

      Now, If You in my position, where You can submit ticket? Isn't Your job to help players? To make things move faster? If not, please stop post in ANY sction around here and resign . Why I's so aggressive to you? Check Your reply.You think only max 15 years old kid play this game?
      Recharged again 4000 Diamonds, yet, have been charged with 20 % VAT. Again, If You can post and want help people here, forward my concern. Waiting for reply,have a great night.

        The reply from Alkaris was very much appropriate in helping you with your situation. A Forum Moderator is here to assist with game issues and questions, and to direct you to where you need to be should your question or issue not relate to the game. You need to discuss your issue with support. You were directed to where you needed to be.

        Pick any support category, as category only helps with flagging tickets, but they all go to the same place.

        However, I would advise speaking with the payment processor direct. You can go to the store page, select any diamond amount, and select the Xsolla 500+ payment option. At the bottom of that page and before selecting an actual payment method, there is a Contact Us button, where you can choose to send in an email or initiate a Live Chat session with Xsolla, who is the payment processor and thus responsible for adjusting tax rates, and they can assist you with your issue with their current tax rates.

        In the meantime, it should clearly display the tax rate and fees prior to submitting your payment. I advise you to not submit payments you do not agree to, as clicking submit after reviewing your payment does mean you agree to that amount being the correct amount you wish to pay.
