Hero Upgrade and skill level BUG

My Upgrade for Hellish Wolf +27 and all his skill levels +10 are now to 0 while RUNE, ENHANCE and ELEMENTAL are same as the day before.

I play for over 3 years so i cant remember exact date but i know for sure it is more then 1 year since i made Hellish Wolf +27 and all his skills +10
