A lost BR and stats

I dont know just what happen today. I lost alot of Br just from relogging.Ive checked everything but no abnormalities

Usually it lead amulets. to try check amulets in homestead, their inscription combination on heroes, or homestead 3x3 decor.
Also guardian angel, cherub stone, angel essence, khaos atlas cards.

im still figuring out what happen...i didnt do anything, i just reconnected then this happen

I found the solution....didnt expect it worked. Id just remove all my equips and gems and put is all back again......im on my normal br again. Can you call it a bug?? that what happen to me?

idk what happened ... today i just inherit my imperial void mail into my imperial pandora ... then its failed, my void turn to lvl 0 and my pandora still lvl 0 too but all gem already transfered, then i put it back to the place, that was my SO mail... but after that suddenly i lost my 5 m BR ... i was 30m BR before i lost into around 25m BR... and all of the combo gem and enchan is failed... even i lost my main stats and all of my hero stast too... who can help me, why this is happened..?
