cs wyrm team that i created i disappear

i created cs wyrm team n it disappear when i go back to check whether the team is full or not. i don't have picture/s to show because you will though that i created the team and disband. this bug happens to me a total of three times today. if you don't believe me i will tell you that there is a bug
