You can't. It's players own fault and therefor it will not be returned. I know this because I stupidly bought a duplicate mount in Navigation King previously, sent in a ticket but because I was the one who made the mistake they won't refund event resources. It's sad, but the way it works.

I asked because I had it happen a few times on a character
on the GTA platform, and it was NEVER a problem to get it fixed!
R2 game support is the worst, it really is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even on GTA... they don't always refund.
