Character Missing after merge

I am not the only one this has affected but I am only asking about my character. I was on s325 plain of nightmares which merged to ua92. I finally get logged in to find I am a new player, my character has disappeared
as you can see I am not a new player

we spent time, effort, and money (for some who recharged, including me) to develop those characters that went missing

Our server S335 just merged as well and I have the same issue.....takes me to new player....character gone....I have a ticket in but nothing.....can someone pls fix

Same here, my character is lost in merge process on S325 PlainOfNightmares, seems like i start completely over from scratch, and had to log in as a new player. So now apperantly I have my old char missing in action as Shadow, and a new one the one from scratch Psylocke, on same email account on same server... Which AINT frigging possible according to your policy.... So FIX THE GOD DAMN PROBLEM...!!!

Hi, my character is missing as well. She was a lvl 71 Berserker named Teysha on Forsaken Sanctum. When I logged in on the R2Client the game was having me start over as a new character. I tried switching servers to look for the new merged server [ua94] but it is not listed under the server selection. I tried finding this new merged server via the website and still could not find it. This is a screen shot of my character prior to the the merge. Please restore our characters.
