cant wear any equip,, please help

excusme,, ive problem and i think isnt not just me,, i cant wear any equipments include costum,
thats happend with all my heroes, that say, character not high enough, im level 59 and try to wearing triump stuff..
can please gm fix this bug? so anoyying, i try to refresh my browser or change my browser but doesnt it work.. please fix this soon..

what kind of weapon,, maybe,, u need level up u or ur hero ,, for ur weapon,, if weapon is level 60,, but ur hero is 40-50,, it cant, u need level up to 60

Heroes have their own level, separate from character level, so to equip items on heroes you need to increase their level.
