Recharge issue with PayPal method

Hi,
I've tried to recharge today using the usual method I use to do it, this being via PayPal. In reply I got this message "2002: Sorry, this payment method is currently unavailable. Please try again later or select a different payment method". I do know that there's nothing wrong with my account and it has enough money to complete the request for recharge. So, what is it going on? Why do I get that error message?? Is it due to update and Xsolla not keeping pace with it? Anyway, any enlightment over the issue would be highly appreciated, thanks in advance.

The error message isn't related to your personal status, it's an issue between paypal and xsolla, but doesn't affect everyone. You can contact xsolla, by going to http://purchase.r2games.com/, clicking the Xsolla 500+ option, and then clicking Contact Us in the bottom left corner, which will bring up live chat and email contact options, and ask them to look at it for you. Or, you can wait a few hours and try again, as usually it's resolved on it's own.

Thanks a lot Memory, I will do that again as issue is not yet solved. I have tried to contact xsolla as you told me in your reply but got no answer though. It is annoying and frustrating .
