Awakening bug...

I am unable to access my skills or upgrade awakening. Skills that I had unlocked are now locked and I cannot upgrade anything. this has been going on for over a month now. I have sent in tickets and have received no help. Maybe this will be seen and I can get some results. I have lost out on C&R for the last 2 and current tycoons.

does anyone have a solution for my problem?? also how does one check the status of a ticket??

You should check your email under which you created a ticket for an answer. Or you can send PM to me with your email address under which ticket was made, so i can ask support.
