Nothing on loading and totally blank??

Same from Server 1 Nocturna's Tear, IGN: Skullxbones

has been unable to login since the last update like more than 12 hrs ago. Have tried everything , even client log in too.

refer to the attach, totally blank screen. and it less than 3hrs gonna reset

Can't log in game

what happen? i can't log in game, after the update pop-up and boom it's all black in loading screen. i tried ti clear cache and it same. pls can anyone tell me what happen? thx
