not the first time

Is not the first time he has this tipe of behavior, if he doesn`t like somebody this is the tipe of comments he leaves on world chat. and usually in romanian so nobody can understand him.
Hope you have someone to translate it for you. Can you do something about it?

You can report players behavior through tickets in corresponding section.

how many times he is allowed to swear the players? Deea send a ticket , no answer....i sent 2 tickets ... nothing yet ! can anyone do something about that??

as many time as he wont, only answer you got back from support is to block him so you wont see what he says, in other hand he can swear to you, spit on you, call you what ever he wont as long you dont see it is ok, no matter if other players see it.
that is official answer i got from suppiort for similiar person behaviour on my server, not with that exact words but in the end it comes with that
