single server tycoon freeze

why there is no point collected in tycoon daily rewards (still 0/50000). and my tycoon point freeze on 398K. in this case i will loose some rewards tycoon CS.
i have do daily loots and devotion 500 points.

this seems to be a problem on another server as well, ub17/s91 furnace cave...an alliance memeber says that no one on her server is recieving their tycoon points, can we please get this issue resolved before tycoon ends?? devs u are on the clock....

Here is their answer for my ticket:

Nothing happened, i suggest never email to them... no solutions, yet...

Last bugs on CS Tycoon freeze, i have reported-emailed and the answer from support :

No solutions and blaming my PC as such as they think...

Now bugs on single server (mei 2017) and freeze happened again... do not know what their answer and solutions...maybe they suggestion i should to un-install others program on my PC unless R2 client only????

Clearly there is an issue with this tycoon as there was with the last CS tycoon. For some odd reason 2-3 days in on both and the
points have locked up.

When you collect items from consume and look at the daily tycoon reward it clearly shows 0
After collecting items and viewing your score in the tycoon window the points have remained the same.
As I said this has been 2-3 days now with no one receiving an answer other then the previously stated that it must
be on our end.

This is a whole server experiencing the same issues. As a paying player I would expect this should have been resolved
before but clearly it is not an "issue" with the mods/devs.

My days are numbered and this only helps me to make the move.
