Hello. Sometimes, company and provider email accounts or even mobile emails have support blocked as spam so you will never receive a reply. In which case the best might be to sign up for a yahoo or a gmail account for support purposes. I would suggest you to send in a new ticket about your problem but this time to use an email from a provider which doesn't block the replies from support.
