The scrolling announcement about divine war creates black screen.
It also creates terrible lag and loading of other parts of the game is nearly impossible.

. Tested it, it worked fine, announcement did not create black screen on my side. I know it is no magic spell to solve such issues and the effects of it are annoying but have you tried clean/clear cache and history, flush your DNS, reboot PC, tried a different browser maybe?
