Demonic War all stuffed up

trying to play demonic war while there are lock up problems and stalls is impossible
we never reached even our lowest score from some time back
i am sending a few SS's of this occurrence , pls note times
5 jpgs of like 30-50 times it did it

was doing Demonic War and boom, event stopped and acted all kinds of messed up. Why do these things always happen during DW times, can't the designers get wityh the program and not mess with the game during prime time?
