Hello. Could you please try HT again today, during bonus time and come with an update on it working or not? Update handed in to me says it should have been fixed by now. So, in case it is, a comp will be applied for you for the losses on 21st, in case it is still broken, I will report the issue again so that to be rechecked and a fix be retried.
