Alliance expedition rewards

When I kill someone in Alliance expedition then click the chest on the top left it always says that I have won a Treasure Chest. When I check my inventory it is not to be found. Is this a bug or are they opened automatically?

I think it opens when you click chest, screenshot may help me to understand it more.
