BUG again in out server UB17

can anyone help why always our sever have problem i wait 1 hour until now still loading ?
always have bug in our server what Dev's doing ?

Hello Miaka. Can you tell me what sort of bug you are facing? Stuck on loading at 100%, loading extremely slowly, returning a black screen (maybe you ca post screenshot of it, because I will be asked for one with my report)? And, of course, I have to ask if you tried first all those steps with initial check, switch browsers, checked if flash updated, etc.(I ask this in spite of knowing how annoying it is for the player ). Waiting for your reply and meanwhile forwarding my report as well. Thank you.

This happens every single time there is some kind of update. It is known by Cinney there is an issue. We seem to get a temp fix until the next update then we have issues again. As I have received in email prior from Cinney

"Now the game develop team has restart the merge group and it is working now. They’ve been aware of the instability of ub17 and working on a solution. We hope there will be official announcement soon for fixing the instability for good. Before that, we will have to direct you to the forum for further updates. We thank you again for your patience, understanding and constant support."

That was on September 8th. closing in on 2 months and now real solution yet,

i cant log-in... stuck in 100%...

my chart on others server Raphael(600) working well and so far no bugs/error...

this problem always occurs, at reset times,updating patch, merges or at anytime...

Same bug. We have been experiencing this for almost 2-3 months now. A compensation was given after the 1st time bug was fixed. Bug reappears every week after that, but no compensation, no permanent fix, nothing. Feels like a bug **** you to us players. Also, "Database error" when purchasing Herb-of-Grace from shop was back, I was too sick and tired of reporting the same bug over and over again, I thought may be someone else should post it and no one did.

Good morning. Your servers will be up soon. Issue with ub17 being so unstable and constantly causing problems is known and they are still working on a fix for it - this is the update I've got when I asked for it. Devs are trying to locate the issue and to fix it once and for good. So, in spite of how frustrating it is to wait for it to be solved, I find myself in the position of being the one who is asking you to still do that. As soon as an update is available for me, I will be coming here and let you know about that.

Loops are back. The server was down for 16 hours and we missed daily loop quests and hot event rewards for that (not the first time), yet no compensation?
