While we had problems,devs had free weekend and we aint got any compesation bcz our servers aint worked correctly 4 days some servers how i ca see still do not work correctly aslo we missed one DW and 7th or 8th will be 2nd DW so we losed around 16bil gold.. That aint fair at all.. We as players want just what we lose bcz system broke nothing more. thx I mean personaly i want what i losed. Ty. Have a nice day.

As you haven't posted any of the data usually required for a forum post (aka IGN, server, issue/problem experienced, screenshots - if possible - of the faced problem << this specifically in case of a compensation to be asked for) I can only presume and assume what that issue you're requesting that compensation for might be. But, in spite of how good or bad I can be with guesses, I still need that data info from the part of the players so that I can be specific and exact with my reports and requests. Thank you in advance.

Hi again. Thank you for coming with the requested data. Considering the fact you've posted the name of your alliance and after checking the screenshot I assume it's about the DeW set date which jumped back to default system date. It is known issue, it affected more GMT servers, they are still working on a fix for it. As soon as they have found and applied that fix/solution, there will be a forum announcement about it. I will forward your name and data too, to be added. Compensation has been already requested, there was no reply for that, yet. In case it will be issued, you will also be announced about that.

Same here where dw defaults back to 10th I have two set up for tomorrow at 2100 wondering if it will be fixed or not...HelcatDodge server s135 alliance MULTIALTS and alliance dodge helcat set for 2100

Hello. Issue with DeW set date is known, it has been already reported, they are still working on fixing it. I will update the thread as soon as the update about this being fixed and working will be handed in to me. I know how much distress and frustration this causes, still I ask you, please, to patiently wait for that to happen. Thank you.

Hi all, i know this is frustrating for us all. I also have the same promblem with the DW time issue. I set mine on the 5th to do on the 7th because i was going to be off. kepted watching the inbox mail to see if the time would change and it did yesterday, now set for the 6th which has passed. this happened to me the last time period also but was still able to do my DW on the set date that i originally set. Today being the 7th i'm hoping it works again this time around lol.
