Tycoon problem

last 5hours im stucked on 476071 points in tycoon....nothink count,i dont know how m real points i have-cant collect better reward for rank if i reach this.....some ppls near 400k daily,but cant make more points and will lose this reward if not fix it....dunno all ppls on server have this same problem,but know im not alone with this here UB36-MARTIN char.sure i made a ticket....and sure-no response till now

u r not alone whole server have that issue ... I just talked with few people on server , all have problem with counting points in tycoon

If they leave it too long we will lose daily tycoon rewards. Can't believe they screwed up tycoon on day 1

Day 2 now and still no points have counted towards tycoon. you can keep your game now, I have had enough.

Good morning. Issue with tycoon points is known and has already been forwarded, they are checking and working on it. As soon as a reply from devs is received, it will be posted here.

EDIT: Tycoon is fixed and points now adding and counting.

LOOL....ALL is ok? rly?......points count-but where points we not got during 12hours- those points not count???where reward for rank in tycoon,spend dias for nothing coz points and spend dias not count for tycoon-im was 48rank in time points stop count and when starting coun im out from top 200 lol....BUT I STILL PLAY and believe those points will count later,but got +ZERO like all from server....nothing is OK and nothing is fixed-if they dont know how to fix,ask they for some normal compensation pls-but better they add ppoints from this 12hour

you call this **** fixed??? still no points from yesterday, no diamonds refunded, no compensation for the problems that your game caused us, nothing. what a complete joke. Now we are so far behind the people on the other servers that there is no point trying to catch up.

Nothing I have done since reset last night has counted either. This is not fixed, all you have done is made it so that any new points from now are counting but our server was left out for almost 24 hours with no points being added for a tycoon that is now not worth bothering about.

Good evening. By means of forum we cannot do much but to forward and report problems and that has already happened. Issue has been reported and forwarded and it was also asked for a compensation to cover the losses for the time points were not being added in tycoon and for the rank rewards and spending of dias and resources, too. No one stated here that "all is OK". I am aware of the deep frustration and anger and discontent this situation stirs up and brings to the surface but at the same time the decision for compensation itself to be sent and for any reward, fix or solution to be applied is entirely up to developers team. We'll forward and ask for it again, if any answer or reply to that request is handed in to us, it'll be posted here.

ok sidhe....but u know how frustrated is if tycoon is broken from start and there u will lose day by day on every rank reward-like dias rank too,coz 12h nothing count....soo...and no miss 400k daily point reward and reach lucky points without losed points....its decrease effort for all now-1rst day was angel party in tycoon with easy make points and now ppl are doomed to fail coz this.....and some comp like 500dias 500bs or similar is nothing for they....sooo....for now no compensation....i hope u will continue pushing they cover ours issuess with those-ty
