A few times when I have put my party into drilling and they level up it fails to keep the EXP received and reverts to the amount of EXP it had before I put it in drilling. Today it happened again and because it is too late to show you in screenshots i'm at a loss for what I can do to prove this to you. My heroes were about to jump from level 96 to 97 and it was the case when I put them into drilling spots but as soon as I exited drilling they reverted back to lvl 96. I then used time skip scrolls AGAIN, to boost them into level 97. I have noticed this happen ONLY when they are about to level up and who knows how many other times it has happened without me noticing since there is only a small boost per drilling. The only way to notice immediately is to see it level up and then lose the EXP it just gained and go back to its previous total EXP. It is more difficult to notice when it is progressing in total EXP acquired. In a nutshell, I'm being robbed of EXP and its pissing me off a bit.

Hi. The fact someone else opened a thread with almost the same subject or the thread opened by you being closed, hasn't had to be approved by you Wen. If you have the same problem and it was not solved yet or it still appears, please feel free to open a new thread, post in this one or keep posting in the one you say you have already opened. Quick question/concern about this topic. The thing happened again as I leveled my part to lvl 100. Should I post my new set of screenshots here or wait for email reply from ticket? Issue happened at 02/11/2018 server time approximately 21:00.
P.S. I just submitted a ticket today as well and have yet to receive a confirmation email which I thought was automatic.
